Briefly I'd like to speak about QUALITY.

Yes, recently some submissions have been declined for not making the "quality cut".  Here at RoyallyAppointed we are all about the FINER things, are we not?  Are we not a group featuring ROYALTY?  Royalty and power require the top and best of everything.

I do not mean to come across as a cold, elitist dictator... Monarch is more like it.

Don't be offended if your work is declined... it's NOTHING PERSONAL.  There are plenty of other Groups on dA that are a lot more picky than this one.  Rest assured.

If you notice some deviations missing in the gallery, like I said, don't be offended.  I only wish to display the finest, the best, the prettiest, the most stirring of all royal art here on deviantART.

My own deviations have been declined before... sometimes for varying reasons but a lot of the time for not being quality enough for that particular Group.  *shrugs*  Oh well.  I get over it, I work harder and I submit something better. Are we not here to offer critique and inspire each other as fellow-artists, deviants?  Think about it.

Pay attention!

This is a THEMED Group.  We specialize in all things ROYAL.  Kings, Queens, Princes, Princesses, Courtiers, Royal Families, Castles, Dragons, Knights, Nobles, Thrones, Crowns, Renaissance Faires, Medieval Times... well, you get the idea.

You may submit ONE piece per day.

Each piece will be voted upon and must receive TWO "Yes" votes in order to be approved for the Group Gallery.

Please note that there are several Gallery Folders.  PLEASE select the proper category for your contribution.  If you submit into the wrong folder, your submission will be denied and you will need to re-submit after being prompted.  DO NOT SUBMIT YOUR OWN ART INTO THE FEATURED FOLDER.

Don't get upset if your deviation is denied.  Quality is relished... Royally-Appointed Members should only contribute their BEST artwork.

AFFILIATIONS:

Affiliations only require one vote to be established.

All affiliations are welcome and appreciated... HOWEVER...
It is recommended you HAVE a Group Avatar, (I hate the default one to be on My page.)
Groups with over 50 members and ones who are similarly-themed are more likely to earn affiliation.

FAVOURITES:

Do not add your own art into the Favourites Folder.
